At Simplified Spaces, we provide a range of services from home and office organization to staging and storage design. Whatever the space, it should easily align with your lifestyle. Our method will help you make that transformation.
OUR PROCESS
-
SORT
The first step to getting organized is seeing what you have and deciding what needs to stay and what needs to go. We simply make piles – KEEP, TRASH, GIVE. The KEEP pile gets set aside for the streamline phase where we make way for new systems and more simplicity. We haul the TRASH pile away, and help you decide the most appropriate new home for items in the GIVE pile. We are passionate about recycling donating reusable items to local organizations. Once and sorted, we make sure the space is clean and ready for organizational products (baskets, bins, etc.).
-
STREAMLINE
Once we know what is staying, it’s time to figure out where it all should go. We believe that all items should have a home (preferably labeled!!), so you don’t waste one more minute of your life looking for a AAA battery or the other black leather boot. We incorporate baskets, bins, labels, and other organizational tools, creating systems that are easy for you to maintain.
-
STYLE
Our most exciting change in the new year is a refocus on the originally intended core or our business – organization. We still love design but will now be focusing more on styling. Styling services includes paint color, furniture, art and accessory suggestions. Something we are super excited about is our new paint consult package. Helping choosing paint colors is one of our most requested services so we decided to give it it’s own package that includes one hour with colorist, a paint chart including color selections and finishes and recommendations for local painters.

GIVING BACK
Simplified Spaces is committed to supporting and giving back to our community. Whenever possible, we source local products and services. Working with partner agencies, our goal is to deliver any and all salvagable items to people who need them. We commit to doing this by finding homes for and breathing new life into items you no longer need.
